Deloitte state developing new leaders is the No. 1 challenge facing organisations worldwide, with 86 percent of companies rating it as “urgent” or “important.” And employees state that opportunities to develop their own leadership skills is their No. 1 reason for staying with an organization.

According to Forbes, millennials will comprise 75 percent of the workforce by 2025. And yet, most organisations are not preparing millennials for management positions. Plus, if millennials aren’t promoted, there’s a good chance they’ll go elsewhere.

There is no shortage of good leaders. There is no skills gap, only a training gap.
